We`re pleased to announce the recent disposition of the Dove Valley Business Center in Englewood, Colorado to the Haleakala Ranch Company. The 149,776 SF industrial building, located at 14101 E. Otero Avenue, is comprised of six units and was fully leased at the time of the sale.
As the buyer, Haleakala Ranch Company is a Maui based firm, we have donated $25,000 to Hawaii Community Foundation and their Maui Strong Fund. We are grateful to the Haleakala Ranch Company for their ongoing support of the Mauian community as they recover and rebuild.

We are pleased to announce our recent acquisition of Railhead Business Station, a 519,905-SF four-building industrial property in Fort Worth,Texas, bringing our Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio industrial portfolio to 6 million square feet.
The single and multi-tenant industrial buildings, located at 401, 500, 600 and 800 Railhead Road, are 100% leased to 11 tenants and sit within an in-fill pocket in the Meecham/Fossil Creek submarket.

We`ve completed the $92.7 million forward purchase of Hatcher Industrial Park in Glendale, Arizona from Ryan Companies US, Inc., who we partnered with one year ago for the development of the property.
The two-building 906,125 SF industrial campus further expands our Phoenix metropolitan area portfolio to approximately 3 million SF.
We`re building out speculative office suites and equipping the buildings with full HVAC, LED warehouse lighting and dock packages with 40,000-pound-capacity levelers. The building’s power capacity is also being upgraded to meet the needs of sophisticated industrial tenants.
