Westcore Properties Secures Large Leases at Three Denver-Area Office and Flex Buildings

More than 200,000-square-feet of space leased across Denver area in one month

DENVER (September 20, 2016) – Westcore Properties, an active investor in industrial and office properties throughout the Western United States and beyond, secured leases this month for more than 200,000-square-feet of space in its properties within the Denver Tech Center, Inverness Business Park and Interlocken Office Park. The leases combine for a consideration value of over $36 million.
