Faris Mansour Joins Westcore as Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management
Real estate investment executive Faris Mansour has joined Westcore, a leading fully integrated, industrial-focused private equity firm. Westcore created Faris’ position of managing director, head of portfolio management as it anticipates continued platform growth.
Faris will lead Westcore’s efforts to create and launch scaled investment vehicles on behalf of Westcore’s investment partners as the firm seeks to expand its industrial portfolio.

Over his career, Mansour has participated in nearly $17 billion in real estate and infrastructure transactions. Most recently, he served as managing director, head of business development, covering the Americas, Europe and the Middle East for PGIM Real Estate, where he managed capital raising teams across three continents.
Prior to his role at PGIM, he led investment, product development, marketing activities and other crucial functions for several firms focused on commercial real estate investment nationally and globally, including Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Macquarie Capital Advisors. He has extensive experience in sourcing, structuring and executing asset acquisitions, funds, joint ventures and private equity style transactions across several billion dollars of gross investments.
