Hack is responsible for identifying industrial and office investment opportunities throughout Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas, as well as maintaining oversight of the leasing efforts of Westcore Properties’ Southern California and Midwest portfolios.  

During his tenure at Westcore Properties, Hack has been intimately involved in more than 30 acquisitions and dispositions in excess of $1.5 billion in transaction volume and over 600 lease transactions totaling more than $250 million in gross consideration.

Prior to joining the Westcore team in 2009, Hack was a partner at Murphy Development Company, a leasing manager for Westfield America, one of California’s largest retail development companies. He has also held positions with Realty Income Corporation, Retail Insite Commercial Real Estate and CBRE. 

Hack is affiliated with several professional organizations including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Executive Board of the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Coggan Family Aquatic Complex and several youth sport organizations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Peter Mette is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing real estate investments throughout northern California and the Pacific Northwest for Westcore Properties. Since joining Westcore, Peter has acquired 550 85th Street in Oakland, a portfolio of 25 buildings located throughout Silicon Valley, 303 South River Street in Seattle, 4545 Qantas Lane in Stockton, and a portfolio of 12 industrial buildings in Reno, Nevada.

With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Peter has acquired more than $1 billion of real estate encompassing over 4 million square feet of office and industrial space. Peter also served as a Director at Deutsche Asset and Wealth Management, and a Senior Vice President at KBS Realty Advisors prior to joining Westcore Properties in 2015.

Peter is involved with Hopalong Animal Rescue, East Bay SPCA, and the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF).

Peter received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Georgia State University.

John is responsible for overseeing Westcore’s approximate 1mm SF Metro Denver office and industrial portfolio as well as identifying both office and industrial investment opportunities in Metro Denver and the balance of Colorado.

John was an original member of the Westcore Denver office by way of Westcore entering the Denver market when purchasing a 2mm SF portfolio owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation in November of 2006. John was the Senior Director of Leasing for Mack-Cali at the time and was overseeing all of Mack-Cali’s leasing efforts in Metro Denver. He was then given the opportunity to establish and manage Westcore’s platform in Denver. John implemented Westcore’s transition in Denver from an office only focus to both office and industrial product types. John has been involved with approximately 400 leases encompassing over 4 million SF and has also been involved with disposition and acquisition activity totaling over $250 million while with the Westcore team.

John’s professional organization affiliations include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Industrial and office Properties (NAIOP) where John was a member of the Denver NAIOP Board from 2009 – 2011 and Colorado Succeeds, a business organization focused on improving Colorado’s schools. An avid outdoorsman, John is a member of both Ducks Unlimited and Trout Unlimited as well as the Rocky Mountain National Elk Foundation.

John received a BS in Business Administration with a Real Estate emphasis from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Lauren is responsible for all leasing efforts within Westcore Properties’ 3.0 million square foot portfolio in Southern California and 2.5 million square foot portfolio in the Midwest. Lauren focuses on tenant retention as well as effectively leasing up vacancies in partnership with third party brokers. Lauren will also get involved in the Disposition process, and has successfully coordinated sale transactions to institutional owners as well as owner-users.

During her tenure at Westcore Properties, Lauren has been intimately involved with more than 600 lease transactions totaling more than $250 million in lease consideration and over 30 dispositions. Lauren has successfully leased several properties to 100% occupancy and maintained high occupancy levels.

Prior to joining the Westcore team in 2009, Lauren worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Burnham Real Estate. Prior to that, Lauren was with a local San Diego multi-family development company.

Lauren is involved in the Developing Leaders Council of the San Diego Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and the University of San Diego Undergraduate Mentorship Program.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of San Diego, and graduated cum laude.

As Senior Director of Leasing at Westcore Properties, Bryan is responsible for the repositioning, leasing and tenant retention for the company’s assets in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Since joining Westcore Properties, Bryan has actively worked on more than 10 million square feet of leasing in the last three years and has assisted in the acquisition and disposition of more than forty properties with a focus in Northern California.
 
Before joining Westcore Properties in 2013, Bryan spent 15 years at CBRE as an office broker and currently serves as an active member of Lambda Alpha International, and the NAIOP National Leasing Forum.
 
Bryan also serves as Board Chair of the San Juan Education Foundation, and as an Officer in the Knights of Columbus, Youth Soccer and Basketball Coach and enjoys golfing, writing magazine articles and horse racing in his free time.
 
He holds an A.B. from Harvard University.

As Director of Leasing, Mike is actively involved in leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions of just under 15 million square foot of industrial and office properties throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, with a primary focus on Westcore’s Delta Portfolio. The Delta Portfolio was acquired in December 2012, totals just under 10 million SF, and is primarily located in Sacramento, CA (7.5 million square feet), as well as the Midwest (2.3 million square feet).

Since joining Westcore in June of 2013, Mike has been intimately involved in 350 lease transactions, totaling 6.5 million square feet. Additionally, Mike is responsible for the leasing of a recently acquired 1.8 million square foot portfolio in the Silicon Valley, as well as another 3.1 million square foot of industrial and office property scattered between Northern California’s Bay Area, Central Valley, as well as the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining Westcore, Mike was with CBRE serving as commercial broker, specializing in Industrial & Logistics Brokerage Services within the Greater Sacramento Region, along with senior partners, Todd Sanfilippo and Walter Smyth.

Mike currently serves as the 2016 President-Elect for The Association of Commercial Real Estate, ACRE, which is non-profit, professional association focused on promoting professional working relationships, business networking, educational presentations, and discussions of industry developments within the Sacramento commercial real estate community. ACRE has also proudly raised over $3.5 million dollars for Sacramento local charities.

Mike also serves on the Sacramento Regional Council for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, an organization that serves a unique, and vital role, in helping strengthen and empower local children battling life-threatening medical conditions.

Mike played NCAA Division 1 Baseball at UCLA and USD, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
